In 2004, Ryan D'Aprile founded d’aprile properties, llc., which is a full-service real estate agency specializing in residential real estate. While d'aprile properties initially targeted Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, the current day agency employs many expert agents, whom now serve the entire city of Chicago as well as the western suburbs. In 2008, notably one of the worst years in real estate, as well as in 2009, Ryan D'Aprile ranked within the Chicago Association of Realtors' top 1% of production. Being a member of one of the largest associations of realtors in the country, he takes great pride in this accomplishment and attributes his achievement to his team’s focus on client service, dedication, and relationship management.
